St. Jude, June 2009

Downtown Memphis on a Horsedrawn Carriage Ride. The McIlrath Family with Krista VanZuiden who prayed faithfully as a fourth grader while Alethea was at St. Jude and came along as our wonderful babysitter.

We made a quick trip to the zoo and had another family picture taken in front of the giraffes. How much has changed since that first picture where Alethea had to wear a mask in order to go out in public.

We had lunch with our dear friend Marci who we met while she was working for the fundraising arm of St. Jude (ALSAC) in Chicago but is now based in Memphis.Alethea enjoys some valuable one on one time with her favorite doctor in the whole world, Dr. Sima!
